POOL POLICY CHANGES

At the January Board meeting Association Manager, Barbara Lowry reviewed with the Board the Association rules for the pool. It's been suggested to change the rules to allow children's parties to be held during the day and that 2 extra guards be required for these days in addition to the regular 3 on duty.  The Board agreed that this would allow the residents better use of the pool facility and will be reviewed at the next board meeting.

The pool is currently closed, and is in the process of being re-keyed.

SWIMMING POOL GUEST POLICY:

1.          Guest fees are $1.00 (one dollar) per person per day.  Maximum number of guests is 6 (six)            per day.  There is no charge for spectators or for bona fide out-of-town guests.
2.          Sponsors of guests are required to sign the guest register and pay the guest fee when                    applicable.
3.          Relatives living nearby or visiting are prohibited from swimming or being in the pool                        enclosure unless a lifeguard is on duty.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:

The pool is open to members of Oakwell Farms Homeowners Association and their guests.  All guests and/or non-residents must be accompanied by their resident host at all times.  Pool hours are noon until 9:00 p.m. (subject to change).
